Nouva Company LTDA ("Nouva", "we") operates direct-to-consumer online stores and the internal systems that support them. This policy explains what data we handle in that operation, why, and what we do not do with it.
Customer and order data. When someone buys from one of our stores we process the information needed to fulfil and settle the order: name, delivery address, contact details, the items purchased and the delivery outcome. This data is shared only with the parties required to complete the sale — payment providers, couriers and fulfilment partners — and is retained for as long as commercial and tax obligations require.
Advertising performance data. We retrieve aggregate cost and performance data from our own advertising accounts, including the Google Ads API. This is campaign-level operational data — cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, geography — used to measure the profitability of our own marketing.
Website data. This corporate website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party marketing pixels.
Advertising data is used exclusively for internal reporting and for managing our own advertising accounts. It is not resold, redistributed, licensed or shared with third parties. We do not combine it with personally identifiable information for advertising purposes, and we do not build audience segments from it for other organisations.
Access to our internal systems is restricted to authenticated employees and contracted staff working on our own accounts. Credentials and access tokens for third-party platforms are stored server-side and encrypted at rest; they are never exposed to end users or to a browser. Every change made through our internal platform is recorded with its author, the previous value and a timestamp.
If you have purchased from one of our stores, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for its correction, or ask for its deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to dev@nouvaglobal.com and we will respond within thirty days.
We will update this page if our practices change, and the date above will reflect the revision.
